Import Performance Guarantee

All goods are guaranteed to be cleared within the specified time from the date of receipt of all the required documents.

Required documents are:

  1. Letter of Authorization
  2. Import Declaration Form (2 copies)
  3. Original Clean Reports of Findings
  4. Original Commercial Invoice
  5. Original Bill of Lading
  6. Certificate of Conformity
  7. C52 Declaration duly completed
  8. Duty of Exemption Authority

* Not applicable for duty paid imports *

NB: Kenya Ports Authority storage charges commence 4 days from arrival of the cargo. Customs warehouse rent commences 21 days from arrival of the cargo.

NB: Handling Agents. Storage charges commence 48 hours from arrival of the cargo.

Customs warehouse rent 21 days.
